Love and trust your body again
Have you stopped doing things because you don’t trust your body? Maybe it’s exploring a new trail or hike, getting down on the floor to play with your grandkids or trying a paddle board. It’s time to start living again and regain trust in your body to perform and remain injury free.
Live life fully at any age
At 49 when the people around me are winding down and taking it easy, I’m racing dirt bikes and climbing mountains. The saying “use it or lose” is truer than you know. When we stop demanding performance from our body, it listens and that’s when we grow old and weak.
I wasn’t always as fit
At 45, I was 35lbs overweight. My knees hurt, my back ached and I was constantly tired. I was on the road to chronic disease and a miserable future. Then it happened, the wake up call that got me to where I am today. 2 months in the Hospital and 2 years of recovery later.
Let me show you the way
I’m not some 20 year old gym rat who doesn’t understand what it’s like to be starting from scratch or with pre existing injuries. I take a science based approach (NASM, CPT) that gets results and minimizes the chances of injury. As a former tech exec I use advanced equipment (VALD) used by professional sports teams and special forces to measure, assess and track your overall fitness, no guesswork only facts.
Technology to track results
Tracking fitness progress including, range of motion, balance and flexibility used to involve a lot of subjective measurements and guesswork. Not with me. I use some advanced technology to show you what you need to work on and if you’re gettting better.
